Cabanillas del Campo, 17 July 2025. Hevo Group today announces a change in its general management, confirming that André Baldissera will assume the role of new CEO. This appointment replaces Agustí Roig, whose tenure at the helm of the company has come to an end. Following a period of joint reflection, the new board has determined that this is the right moment to begin a new phase in the organisation.
During his time as Managing Director, Agustí Roig led an ambitious growth, transformation and consolidation project. His leadership was instrumental in the creation of this significant business group.
André Baldissera joins as new CEO bringing a strong international track record in the poultry sector. Prior to this appointment, André was already part of Hevo Group’s management team as Chief Operating Officer since December 2024.
Regarding his professional background and academic qualifications, André Baldissera has extensive experience in the poultry sector, having spent 15 years, from 2003 to 2019, at the world’s largest meat company, BRF. He began working in the egg sector with Ricardo Faria in 2019 until October 2024 at Brazil’s largest egg producer, GRANJA FARIA. He has been working for the Spanish company Hevo Group since late 2024. In terms of his education, André completed an MBA in Business Management at Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2004 and 2006, and obtained his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná between 1999 and 2003.
Hevo Group, which was acquired in November 2024 by Brazilian magnate Ricardo Faria, has the ambition of becoming the leading egg producer in Spanish poultry farming.
