A multidisciplinary team operates in the field, providing technical and strategic support to maximise results and profitability in poultry production
A team dedicated to accompanying the day-to-day production of the poultry industry, offering support and technical knowledge to overcome challenges and back the practices that lead to the best performance and profitability. These are the main objectives of the Cobb-Vantress Technical Service team for 2026, the world’s oldest broiler poultry genetics company still in operation, committed to supporting its customers’ success in the pursuit of the most significant results in the field.
Made up of 19 professionals โ technicians and specialists with extensive experience in Brazil and abroad โ the team covers all essential areas of the modern poultry chain, from Breeders through to Hatchery, Broilers and Processing, underpinned by the pillars of Management, Environment, Nutrition, Health, Animal Welfare and Product Analysis. The Technical Service team focuses on bringing practical knowledge and customised solutions to partner companies, both through farm visits and technical events.
Leading the team is Vitor Hugo Brandalize, Cobb’s Technical Service and Sales Director, who explains that the continuous advancement of Cobb’s genetic programme demands ever-greater attention to management conditions. “Our selection programme is intense and accelerated, which means the birds are increasingly demanding in terms of environment, nutrition and health. When we succeed in providing ideal conditions, the results are significant: improved performance and reduced production costs. The Technical Service plays an essential role in this process, helping customers achieve maximum genetic and productive potential,” Brandalize highlights.
In addition to direct on-farm support, Cobb specialists conduct regular visits, working with quality tools, developing and implementing customised tactical plans tailored to each customer’s reality, and organising technical events to share up-to-date practices and new technologies with production teams.
“Our product does not exist without the service. We deliver a combination of genetics and technical support โ an equation built on trust. Customers can count on us to achieve the best possible performance,” Brandalize concludes.
